Having spent often a lot of money to buy good quality joinery products, why have them fitted by an installer who may not know how? How does the Fitting Service work?

Organising the Installation

Call our customer services line on 0114 247 4917 and we will put you in touch with an experienced advisor who can quickly provide a quote for your installation based on some simple questions. If you wish to go ahead then we will schedule your installation into our fitters calendars at a date to suit you. We may ask you to arrange some basics before we arrive, for example rooms to be fitted with flooring should have furniture removed etc. Our advisors will talk you through this.

The Installation Day

Your installers will arrive on the day agreed and the installation will commence. They only work on one job at a time, and will complete the project before moving onto the next. Wherever possible they will bring the product with them, although in the case of some larger flooring jobs the products may have to be shipped seperately on heavier transport vehicles. Your team will remove any waste materials from site and will leave the job site clean and tidy. As part of our quality control your installer will provide a form asking for your feedback on the service and your signature that the work has been completed to standard.
