Rustic Grade 35mm thick Internal Doors

These doors are constructed using 15mm thick horizontals and 20mm thick verticals.
The Rustic Grade is by far our most popular choice of timber for making our oak ledged doors.
Planks will contain a few small knots, while others may contain larger rustic knots which look superb when left as character in the door or if you prefer you can use some filler to even these up. The overall effect shows a pleasing scattering of knots and colour variation with plentiful character
The overall colour of the rustic grade is a warm brown, but light sapwood and some mineral colour are allowed within the rustic grade. Boards may contain some or all of the following features:- small and large knots, cracked knots, burrs, colour variation, an occasional crack, split, shake and smallish hole, Pin worm and grub worm holes - please note there is no live worm, all timber has been treated and inspected by the Forestry Commision.
