Delivery Policy
All our orders are carefully packaged to ensure a trouble free delivery. Your order will usually take between 1-2 days to pick and prepare. At that point we will arrange a suitable day with you and your parcel will be placed on a 24hr delivery service. All our orders feature both email and SMS tracking to keep you updated at all times. If you wish we can organise for your delivery to go direct to the site where you are working. Just give us some contact details of the person who will be there to sign for the delivery, and we will take care of the rest for you, leaving you free to get on with your job.
We hold over £2m pounds worth of stock so most orders are completed at first pick. However we do offer over 1,000 lines, easily the biggest range in the UK. Due to this we can occasionally have an out of stock. In this instance we will contact you and advise you of when the item will be back in stock. We can also advise on suitable alternatives.
Please Note - If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery a re-delivery charge will apply.
Delivery Costs
We aim at all times to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. You can choose between our standard weekday service, or if you prefer you can opt for a Saturday delivery. Note that Saturday services are significantly more expensive.
N.B. To ensure safe transport all of our flooring and doors need to be shipped with a pallet carrier. For these products we charge a set £70.50 delivery charge regardless of the order value. If you need to order just a single door please call 0845 271 0242 and we may be able to arrange delivery at a reduced rate depending upon your location.
